Brown rice porridge cake 玄米おかゆパン

Today I baked a brown rice porridge cake. This is very easy and hearty cake. You just prepare the rest brown rice you ate last night, water, a little bit salt, minced vegetables which you like, minced nuts like almonds and walnuts, and some flours.
In a pressure cooker, put the rice, salt, vegetables and water. After 20 minites cooking on the pressure, leave the pan until the pressure comes out and the liquid gets warm (not hot). Into the warm liquid, add whole grain flour, all purpose flour and nuts. And mix well. Then the mixed dough is not so soft but not hard.
And you can bake this dough on bread loaf pan and baking dish (you need some oil for pan) or no pan (if you don't use pans for baking, you may have to need some more flour for making a shape) soon. I bake it about 30 minutes 400F and 10 minutes 475F until the surface becomes golden brown.
